At the core of the Cuplok Shoring System lies its ingenious multi-directional locking mechanism. This allows up to four blades to be loosely yet securely connected to the vertical standard, then locked into place using a hammer.
This locking system features fixed lower cups, welded to the verticals at 0.5-meter intervals, along with sliding upper cups. These upper cups drop over the blade ends of the horizontals and rotate to firmly lock them in position, ensuring a positive and secure connection.
This innovative design makes the Cuplok Shoring System one of the fastest and easiest scaffolding systems to erect. Once the Cuplok structure is initially set and leveled, subsequent lifts automatically align square and horizontal. The absence of loose parts makes the system user-friendly and exceptionally durable, with its galvanized finish providing excellent resistance to corrosion.
